Show Hours:
Friday, August 6: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 7: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, August 8: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Load-In Times:
Thursday, August 5: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday, August 6: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Load-Out Times:
Sunday, August 8: 4:01 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Load/Unload Information:
All move-in and move-out will occur at Loading Docks 4 and 5 on the side of Market Hall North. Once you are done unloading (or loading), please move your vehicle to allow space for other exhibitors.

Do not park at the loading dock for any length of time.

Parking Information:
Parking is FREE!

Event Decorator & Exhibitor Kit:
Coast to Coast Trade Services Inc. is providing decorator services for the DFW Golf Show. The Exhibitor Kit contains information on booth set-up, move-in day, and more.

State of Texas Tax Information:
Exhibitors selling items at the DFW Golf Show must apply for a sales tax permit directly with the Texas State Comptroller of Public Accounts. A copy of the Texas State Comptroller of Public Accounts is available. It will contain the sales tax information and where to send the taxes collected after the event.

Dallas event tax rate is 8.25%.

Exhibitor Badges:
Your exhibitor badges will be available to pick-up during Exhibitor Load-in at our Exhibitor Check-in area.

Please make sure to stop by and pick up badges. If you have staff that will rotate through the weekend you can leave those additional badges at the Will Call table starting at 10 am on Friday morning. It is your responsibility to make sure your staff has badges to enter the event. Exhibitors receive four badges per 10x10 booth space. If you need additional, they are $5 and can be purchased onsite.

Tear down:
This does not begin until the show closes on Sunday – 4:01 pm. No exceptions. We realize that many of you are in a hurry to get  out of town, catch a flight or simply get off of your feet, but it is unfair to the patrons who have paid full price to see the show – and not really get the full experience. We appreciate your adherence to this policy.
